Pre-assembled Fire doorsets remove the requirement of scheduling, storing, and ordering seperate items and materials required to produce built-in frames and door leaves.
Pre-assembled or Pre-hung doorsets, consist of:
Choice of door type (Paint Grade, veneer, laminate etc)
Choice of door size
Fire rating (NFR, FD30, FD60)
Vision panel style (if applicable)
Glazing (GWPPS, C730, Clear laminate)
Ironmongery – mortised in to door
Hardwood or softwood casing to suit, individually made to each specification
Pre hung on SSS fire rated hinges
All assembled as a pre-made set
